In collaboration with POWERinU Training and Coaching, the leadership team at HFSE International School participated in a comprehensive Leadership Development program designed to enhance leadership and management capabilities. This program, comprised of nine modules focused on leadership qualities like self-leadership and leading others, culminated in October 2024 with a module emphasizing communication skills through storytelling. The leader-participants engaged in a full day of brainstorming and collaborative exercises, utilizing sequenced words to articulate their thoughts and insights effectively.
We are both humbled and honored to have received training from Ms. Elaine Bernalyn S. Cercado, the founder and managing director of POWERinU. We are confident that the knowledge gained on various leadership styles and approaches will significantly enhance our ability to supervise and support our students moving forward.
