Based on our experience, we have students who have migrated to other countries (i.e. New Zealand, Australia, US, Europe, Canada, and Philippines) and the normal enrolment procedure is for the student to pass the entry examination offered by the prospective school of their choice in the respective country they are migrating to. HFSE will provide all necessary documents including Transcript of Records (TOR), Report Cards, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion and Good Moral Character. In the event that additional documentation or testimonials are required by the prospective schools, HFSE will provide assistance with that as well.

For student applicants following the Year of Birth (YOB) requirement per Academic Year, the outcome for each subject will be used to check the competency level of the child. Teachers may use the assessment outcome to track the child’s progress while studying in HFSE.

For accelerated applications, for example, if YOB is 2016 the child is eligible only for P1 in AY2023, but parents opt to try P2 level for the child, HFSE’s Academic Board will require at least 65% passing mark in the English and Math assessments for the child to be accepted to the higher level.
